Statement of Philosophy

Since technology is a tool used to further all disciplines, we know that the implementation of this tool is the ethical and moral goal of every user or developer.  We seek to attain Godly ideals within the use of technology to improve our environment, elevate our neighbor, and provide all people with a better and righteous quality of life.

Mission

The technology curriculum at Mobile Christian School seeks to encompass the many disciplines of learning within the overall goal of righteousness and purity. We will prepare the student to use technology in a knowledgeable, prudent, and responsible manner. We will teach that all use of technology is to be done to the glory of God and the furtherance of his standards for all peoples.

Our students work in the PC environment using up-to-date applications such as Microsoft Office Professional, Vegas Movie Studio and Adobe Creative Cloud . We maintain a Wi-Fi network that allows student to use their devices anywhere on campus.  Chromebooks or iPads are provided for elementary students while secondary student supply their on Chromebook.  Each classroom is equip with large touchscreen LCD panels to aid the learning environment.
 
 
The Computer Lab gives our students an all-encompassing exposure to the uses of modern technology within an instructional and practical application. From word processing to presentation software, we create and demonstrate learned processes which can be turned into marketable skills or understanding for further education in a future technological career.
 

The Mobile Christian School Technology Department holds responsibility for all of the computers, LCD projectors, phones, printers, copiers and public address systems for the school. As well, we maintain a network that contains miles of computer cable and fiber optic lines.  We are CIPA Compliant by filtering all Internet traffic for the safety of our students.
