Tony Kendall
History
I grew up in southern Indiana. I received a B.A. degree in Secondary Social Studies Education from David Lipscomb University in 1984. I came to Mobile Christian in the fall of the same year. I received a MA in History from the University of South Alabama in 1989. I married my wonderful wife, Kathy, in 1987 and we have 2 daughters, Shannon and Emily. We attend the Regency Church of Christ. I teach Government/ Economics 12, U.S. History 11, Honors U.S. History 10 and U.S History grades 10 and 11. I work as an adjunct history instructor for Faulkner University and serve as the chairman for the Museum of Mobile board. I enjoy teaching at MCS because I believe that we are allowed to teach in an environment that emphasizes academic and spiritual development.
