5th grade teacher
My name is Mrs. Denise Huett. I have been married to my wonderful husband, Bob, for 34 years. We have two sons, Matthew and Clifton, and a daughter-in-law, Stacey. Matthew and Stacey are expecting their first child in March. My husband and I are VERY excited about becoming grandparents!
I received an art education degree from Troy State University in 1977 and a degree in elementary education from Judson College in 1980. I taught for 14 years in the Selma City School system and 5 years at Meadowview Christian School in Selma, AL. My teaching experience has been in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade, 7th grade English, high school art, and one year as a traveling elementary art teacher. I have been teaching 5th grade at Mobile Christian School for 11 years. My husband and I worship at Port City Church of Christ.
