Robbin Harry Holder is a native of Hayden Alabama, and a graduate of Hayden High School. She received her bachelor of arts degree and her master of music education degree from Jacksonville State University. She began her career at Coosa Christian High School in Gadsden, Alabama. In 1998, Robbin accepted the band director position at White Plains High School in Anniston Alabama. Under her leadership, the band constantly received superior ratings in marching and concert band competition. During her tenure at White Plains, the band was selected to preform at the Alabama Bandmasters Association In-service Conference at the University of Alabama. Mrs. Holder was also selected by the Alabama Banmasters Association to represent the state at the Southern Division Music Educators National Conference as an emerging leader. In 2005, she accepted the head band director positon at Paulding County High School in Dallas, Georgia Performance Assesment. The band also competed at Bands of America and USSBA regional events. She also served for one year as the director of bands at Villa Rica High School in Villa Rica,Georgia. Mrs. Holder's professional accomplishments include the National Band Association's Citation of Excellence, teacher of the year at White Plains High School, being recognized by Who's Who Among American Teachers, Who's Who Among American Women and Who's Who in America. She is a member of the National Band Association, Music Educators National Conference, Alabama Music Educator's Association, and Sigma Alpha Iota Professional Music Fraternity. Robbin currenly resides in Mobile with her husband Alan and her children Madison and Josiah.
