Joey Adams

Secondary Principal

I am enjoying my 13th year at MCS.  In addition to serving as the Secondary Principal I am also the Boys Varsity Basketball Coach.

I graduated from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas with a degree in Kinesiology and I obtained a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership as well as a certification in Conflict Resolution from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, TX.

Before coming to Mobile Christian I taught and coached at my high school alma mater in Mt. Dora, FL for 5 years. I came to MCS in August of 1999 and over the past 12 years have served in several capacities. I began teaching Physical Education and Bible, then in 2001 I was named Athletic Director and served in that capacity for 5 years. In 2006 I became the Dean of Students and served in that capacity through the 2009 - 2010 school year.  In 2010 I began my current tenure as Secondary Principal.  Over the past 12 years I have coached a variety of sports including Head Varsity Coach in Baseball, Volleyball, Cross Country and Basketball and Assistant Varsity Football coach.

I am fortunate to have my entire family with me at MCS.  My wife Kristy works in the front office as the Bookkeeper and my two childern Dalton (3rd grade) and Lauren (K4) are students at MCS.
